KOFUR I have a code
EN
For managers and residents' committees

Your community knows who gets in. No gatekeeper in between.

Every neighbour opens with their phone, every opening is logged —with a photo, if there's a camera— and you stop handing out remotes. From $4,990 CLP a month for the whole community, VAT included.

Already in use at a 20-lot development in La Araucanía.

The app's history: each opening of the day with who made it, the time and the photo taken by the gate camera. The app's history: each opening of the day with who made it, the time and the photo taken by the gate camera.

Three calls you stop getting.

The same three, in every community.

“Who let that truck in?”

There's a photo

With an RTSP-compatible IP camera at the gate, every opening is saved with its photo, the time and who made it. No need to ask anyone for the log.

“The gardener came in on a Sunday.”

Everyone with their own schedule

Workers with days and hours, tenants with an end date, guests with a link that lasts up to 3 days. Outside their hours, access doesn't open.

“I lost my remote.”

Removed from a phone

No changing locks or collecting remotes. Access is removed in the app and stops opening right away, for that person only.

Manager's dashboard

Every neighbour with their own code. You don't hand out remotes.

You create an 8-character code in the dashboard and send it on WhatsApp. The neighbour types it in the app and gets access to their home. The ones who haven't used it yet show up in the dashboard.

  • The community's homes and gates, in one place
  • Join requests to approve or reject
  • Who has access today, and to which gate
  • The whole community's history, with photos
  • More than one manager: add them from the people list

The real difference

The community runs its own access. Not a company.

Access control companies charge for installation, stay on to run the system and keep the record of who comes and goes in their office. With Kofur, the committee installs the device and runs it from the app.

Price

What it costs for a community.

One plan per place, covering every home and every gate. Gates don't add up.

$19,840 CLP a month, VAT included
$992 per home, with 20 homes If each home paid for Home Premium: $59,800

Charged every month until you cancel.

HomesPrice, VAT included
2 to 5$4,990 a month, flat
6th to 20th+ $990 each
21st to 80th+ $790 each
81st onwards+ $590 each

Always cheaper than if each home paid for its own plan. It adds up in brackets: the 21st home costs $790, but the first 20 keep their price.

Cancel whenever you want from the app, without calling and without paying anything to leave. You have 10 days from signing up to change your mind.

One device per gate, paid once: $199,990, VAT included. Communities starting now get a few free trial months.

What if the community stops paying?

Bluetooth keeps opening. Every neighbour who already has access keeps opening the gate over Bluetooth. What goes over the internet, like remote opening, is lost. A gate that stops opening because a payment lapsed leaves people outside their homes, and that's no way to collect.

What's not there yet

  • An installation video. The app guides you step by step.
  • Getting in without the app: neighbours and guests need the Kofur app, which is free.
  • Exporting worker attendance to Excel or PDF.

And one requirement: 2.4 GHz WiFi at the gate for photos and remote opening. Without WiFi, Bluetooth still opens.

How a community gets started.

No technician visit and no installation fee.

1

One device per gate

One for each gate or barrier. It goes inside the motor's control box, on the same terminals as the remote's receiver.

2

The committee sets it up

The app finds the device over Bluetooth and gets it ready: gate name, WiFi and cameras.

3

Codes go out

Each neighbour gets their code on WhatsApp, types it in the app and has access.
